Workplace Solution
“Workplace Solutions” is designed for managers and supervisors. Trained supervisors are in a key position to recognize declining work performance early, and motivate an employee to seek help quickly.
Confronting the issue of drug, gambling and alcohol abuse, particularly among co-workers and friends, can be complicated and costly. Supervisors and managers cannot be expected to be diagnosticians, police officers, investigators, psychologists, labour lawyers, Human Rights specialists or social workers. However, an understanding of these elements can be critical in bringing a case to a successful conclusion. Mismanaged, the company may face costly Human Rights complaints, grievances, arbitrations, unjust dismissal suits, long-term certified sick-leave and workman’s compensation & disability insurance claims.

Untreated the employee will pay with their life.

To recognize the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation’s sponsorship of our new training room complex, Crosbie House Society is offering our “Workplace Solutions” seminar at no charge for our Partners and corporate clients. Dr. Gen Campbell will be the seminar leader. For information and registration call Nora at 1-866-681-0613
